North Fork Water Company is a mutual water company that secures surface water from the Santa Ana River and other available sources for delivery to its shareholders.
East Valley Water District owns 99.99% of the outstanding shares of the company.

There is an agreement dated May 23, 1895, between North Fork Water Company and Bear Valley Land and Water Company (now Bear Valley Mutual Water Company) that provides for the delivery of water to North Fork Water Company. The chart below shows deliveries based on that agreement and East Valley Water District’s projected delivery December through May using 1/4 flow of Santa Ana River at the point known as "The Divide."
The water deliveries in the period June through November may be reallocated between months, but no more than 600 day inches are to be delivered in any 1 month.
Water deliveries from December through May are subject to change based on the amount of flow available.
